| (1) |
Members
must have a registered vehicle and must be
licensed. |
| (2) |
There will
be respect for members and officers while speaking
during the meetings. |
| (3) |
There will be respect
for member’s cars and friends they choose to
bring to the club events. |
| (4) |
Meetings will be held
on Thursday and Saturday attendance is a must
unless work is an issue. (Excessive absences or
tardiness will result in being put back on
probation). |
| (5) |
Officer’s will
address members promptly at 9 p.m., if you’re
late, please just join in and be quite. |
| (6) |
You must show up to
meetings with a positive attitude (if you can’t
– don’t come). |
| (7) |
You must have a logo on
your car and shirt, if you don’t and you’re
not on probation, you’re not a member. |
| (8) |
If you have a club
issue with a member and don’t want to bring it
up during a meeting contact Gary, Danny of one of
the officers for help. (Refer to the phone list
for their numbers). |
| (9) |
You must enter your car
in at least (3) shows a year. |
| (10) |
If there is a mandatory show
or meeting and you are a no show, without a
legitimate excuse you will be put back on
probation. |
| (11) |
Every month a mandatory
due of $3.00 per car is due. |
| (12) |
New members will be put
on a 5 meeting probation at the end of the 5th
meeting, a final club decision will be made. |
| (13) |
You must be available
for taking photos of yourself and your car for the
website. |
| (14) |
No offensive language
is to be used at meetings or online. |
| (15) |
Dress codes will be
voted on, prior to car shows on either the
Thursday before or that following Saturday. |
| (16) |
There will be help for
SPL, Sound Quality and Car shows. |
| (17) |
Rewards will be voted
on every fifth month for the most participating
member. |
| (18) |
If any car club member
hears of Sponsorship notify officers. |
| (19) |
At all meetings and
shows, pickup your trash and dispose in a trash
bin. |
| (20) |
If you bring friends or
family, they will have to obey the Teams rules, if
they don’t, you will be put on probation. |
| (21) |
Lets look out for
everybody’s personal property at meetings and
car shows to prevent anything being stolen. |
